Hotel Booking Information:
World Police and Fire Games rates are only valid until June 29, 2009 on a space available basis. For requests received after this date, hotel reservations may be available but the special rates which have been negotiated may not be available.
All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, per room, per night. Rates are subject to an additional 10% hotel tax and 5% GST.
Please note that all room rates are based on either Single/Double Occupancy per room per night. Third (3rd) and Fourth (4th) persons are extra at an additional cost per person per night. These rates are reflected on the online system and your hotel confirmation.
All reservations require a 3-night minimum stay. Reservations for less than 3 nights will not be accepted. A non-refundable 3 night deposit is required by each hotel via valid credit card or Canadian Money order payable to Advance Group. This deposit must accompany the hotel reservation form in order to secure your room reservation.
Groups of 10 rooms or more traveling together can make their reservations by contacting Advance Group directly at 2009wpfg@advance-group.com.
Room types are listed online or on the Hotel Map and are available for reservations unless SOLD OUT.
